Silly pictures from my imac camera
My imac has a built-in camera, called Photo Booth. It's like a webcam but can only be used with iChat (how stupid). One bored night, I decided to shoot myself with this fun little camera.

Company Event Shoot
I helped out a photographer friend of mine to cover this Appreciation Dinner Nite organised by Getha company, a mattress manufacturer. Lots of glam and glitter, the event featured some sassy dancers with lots of skin to show... enjoy!

Upgrading equipment
After 3 years with the iMac G4, I finally upgraded my computer to the new Mac Intel Core Duo. It's a 20" top spec mac with a new Intel chip. It seems that Apple has ditched the Motorola PowerPC chip in favour of this hugely popular brand.

Malay Dance
A Sunday shoot for the Malay Dance Class, located in a posh suburb of Kuala Lumpur. The class is headed by Zaridah Abd Malik, the woman behind Maya Karin's stunning dance in Pontianak Harum Sundal Malam.
These are sample shots for the promoter, to see if she's interested to pursue further... what do you think?

Both religion come from the same source, brought by two different prophets elected by the same God, to deliver the same message in different time periods. Both promise peace and enlightenment.
So why are we so intolerant of each other? Why the bitterness and vengeance between the two followers of the same God? What difference does it make by calling god "Allah", "Father" or "Elohim" when it refers to the same entity?
If the prophets deliver the same messages from the same source, then it must be the followers who interpret those messages until they become entangled in a web of confusion, intolerance and ignorance...
Have a look what the Quran says about this:
"Mankind was one single nation, and Allah sent Messengers with glad tidings and warnings; and with them He sent the Book in truth, to judge between people in matters wherein they differed; but the People of the Book, after the clear Signs came to them, did not differ among themselves, except through selfish contumacy. Allah by His Grace Guided the believers to the Truth, concerning that wherein they differed. For Allah guided whom He will to a path that is straight."

Retreat to an enchanting forest
I had the opportunity once again to visit my uncle's 'paradise on earth' nr Ipoh for a relaxing day at the river rapids.
As I dipped my feet into the ice cold river, the feeling of calmness went through my mind... thinking this is what's life is all about.
So much for my dreaded city life.
