Random pics of London, UK

View all 31 photos...
Not so long ago I posted some shots of my trip to UK. I still have a lot of photos in my disk drive which I have not shown. Just now I was reminiscing my trip to London, how nice it was to visit again the place where I grew up. So here are some of the shots which I missed in the last posting.

They are in no particular order, rather I've selected the ones that made some impact on me upon viewing them. Enjoy...

A friend from India

I received a call from someone distant. I did not know who it was until he told me his name, "Matt, this is Ashish, from the MBA class".

What a delightful surprise it was. He told me that he and his new wife are vacationing in Malaysia, and would be able to meet up with me before flying off to Calcutta. So I took this opportunity to meet them up (it's my 1st time meeting his beautiful wife) at Sg Wang Plaza, since they wanted to do shopping there.

Here are some of the pics I took...

It's sooo wonderful to be able to meet up with old mates once in a while... I bet you guys bonded again straight away Sun 22-Jan-2006 10:15

This time I had the opportunity to join the teh tarik session, which I have been missing due to bz work schedule. "Hantu" bought a new camera, the D200. I was impressed, but not enuff for me to switch camp!

Swing over to Nikon? Unlikely lah. I have too much invested in Canon. Fri 13-Jan-2006 01:58

Do you still remember your first day of school? Can you still feel the butterflies in your stomach? Well, I still do, and I must say I didn't do very well at the 1st day of school. Hopefully Maisarah will fare better!

Met your wifey and kids at our favourite klinik Wong, Zul & Rakan2 today. They all didn't feel or look well. Nadia had a blast with Maisarah tho.. Nadia misses her. Kat skolah cham takde kawan lagi dah.. all dah gie sekolah rendah Wed 11-Jan-2006 10:58

al-hambra has been a tourist attraction. was a very very beautiful place. shame for me, i didn't bring a good camera (takde duit lagi time tu). one of the last Islamic empire, before collapsed to cristian.
10- 22mm.. wide angle lens.. but why it was tooooooo expensive?

Happy New Year from the Fire Eaters of A Famosa

I spent my new year at A Famosa Safari World. On the night of the new year's eve they had a fire play show at the Cowboy Town of A Famosa, Melaka. Check them dudes spitting out fire man!

By the way, to all my friends from Fotopages or elsewhere, I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Happy New Year. May God bless 2006 with less tragedies and disasters. To those who I hardly know, I hope this year we'll get to know each other better.

Take care and let's move forward!

Whaoaaaaa....I don't think I'd try that....have agreat New Year, Matt!! Mon 2-Jan-2006 21:24
